Military Tuition Aid

All active-duty service members, Reservists, Guardsmen, veterans, spouses and dependents of disabled or deceased veterans receive a 10% savings on all undergraduate and graduate degree tuition.

DoD Participating Institution

JU has formalized their commitment to educating U.S. military personnel by signing the Department of Defense (DoD) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). All institutions providing post-secondary education programs through the DoD Tuition Assistance (TA) program must agree to the DoD MOU and have a signed copy on file with DoD prior to service members receiving TA approval to attend their institution. You can verify that JU is a participating university by visiting the DoD Voluntary Education Partnership website.

Yellow Ribbon Program Participant

Jacksonville participates in the Post 9/11 Yellow Ribbon Program. Jacksonville University will contribute up to 50% of the tuition balance, as matched by, the Veterans Administration. The Yellow Ribbon Program does have exclusions. Students who are active duty, a student of the Division of Aeronautics, or Department of Orthodontics, are not covered by Yellow Ribbon. Complete the VA form 22-1990 on the website.
