Bisk Education facilitates the promotion and delivery of JU’s online degree program by assisting with enrollment/re-enrollment, providing program technology/support and handling distribution of all educational materials including books and the online classroom. Bisk Education collaborates with JU and other accredited universities to connect professionals, via the Internet, with associate’s, bachelor’s and master’s degrees, as well as certificate and continuing professional education programs.

It’s easy to get help. You will have a close working relationship with your professor and enrollment representative at all times. Also, when you are accepted into a program, you will be assigned a Jacksonville University academic advisor. If you have a specific question about a course, you can contact your academic advisor by phone, fax, email or regular mail. You will be able to discuss your program progress and any questions you may have. Any non-academic or technical questions can be addressed by your University Alliance enrollment representative and technical support staff.

Your grade for a course will be based on assignments that are evaluated by Jacksonville University faculty. These assignments may be in the form of essays, exams, case studies, research papers, local field projects and other similar assignments, as determined by your professor. It will not be necessary to travel to a testing location or make arrangements for private proctoring of any examinations.
